The Hotel has changed its brand from Holiday Inn to Hilton, so the online registration web site has changed accordingly.  There is a new link in the attached notice along with a note at the top of the page.  The notice should be distributed within your Departments and can be posted on social media as well.  The notice is now posted on the division web site and the NED FB page will be updated shortly.  I expect that the registration forms and ad book forms will be posted on the web site shortly.

Please note that the hotel is the same facility; the name and brand were the only changes.  Same staff and same contract.  I was also told that all of the sleeping rooms have now received a face-lift and work has started on the common spaces. This latter work is expected to be completed before May so it looks like the conference will be in what is essentially a “new” facility.
