Advertising Contract
We request and encourage participation in the Convention Journal. The journal will be 8 1/2″ x 11″ and the cost and requirements are as follow:
- Camera-ready ad copy to be uploaded below.
- Please submit all advertisement copy and payment no later than 22 May 2025.

- Submitting your ad copy via this submission form, requires payment at the time of the transaction. If you need to submit your ad copy via email, or pay via check, then please use the Ad Contract Form.
Instructions: Fill in your contact information, select your organization type, select your ad size. Click the “Choose File” button, select your ad copy file (.PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF file formats accepted only. .DOC and .DOCX accepted by not recommended. Why?) and upload. When done, click the pay with PayPal button to complete the transaction and submit your payment via PayPal’s secure servers.
ADS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE MAY NOT APPEAR IN THE JOURNAL
ADS RECEIVED WITHOUT PAYMENT BY THE CUTOFF DATE WILL NOT BE PRINTED
